I have added a "catch-all" for gains on winning a fight:
"Although these are the "official" percent gains players receive from fights, it is
always up to the player's ref as to the actual percent gains they get. For example,
if a weak player (lets say 100 powerlevel) is fighting an NPC (100,000 powerlevel) with
a friend (500,000 powerlevel) and the weak player is involved in the fight, the weak
player should not expect to gain 10% (or 60% for Androids) of the NPC's 100,000 powerlevel after winning the
fight, as the weak player would not have helped at all. This even holds true if the
powerlevel differences aren't quite this extreme, and the weak player may have helped
out a bit. Just remember, your ref has the final
say on the exact gains you get from a fight."

This is to allow the ref to give you in excess of the 10% gain, correct?

Half Saiyans and full Saiyans will still get their 10%/25% bonus, respectively, which won't take away from anyones else pl gain, because it's just a bonus those races have.
I believe the ruling is meant to give players fighting in a group only what the ref feels EACH player deserves, instead of them all splitting the 10% gain evenly. It really shouldn't have an effect on normal play. Whatever the circumstance for winning a fight is, the ref will calculate out however much pl the players gain.
This could even effect single fights though. For example, if you kill a player that only had 100 current pl in 1 hit, you probably won't gain from his base pl if he is much stronger than you. It all comes down to refs choice if things get tricky. In most single player fights though, the player will gain 10% of all the opponents he defeats.
