Fights Over Email

From now on, if a fight is taking place over email, you have 24 hours from the last email sent by your ref to respond, otherwise your turn will be passed up. If for some reason you can't access the internet, you need to let your ref know. If thats impossible for you to do, then I'm sorry, but we can't delay everyone else's play time because one person can't get online. It may not be "fair", but something needs to be done in case something like this happens again, and I think its more unfair to have other players waiting over 24 hours to try to accomplish something.

This isn't meant negatively toward anyone, it just needs to be said :)
