Well there's a German surgeon who was famous for separating the simese twins. One day he had a thought :3......
So one day he sits in his car, jerking off to thes 3 rotwilers(sp), and a truck parks on behind him. The trucker runs out to take a crap but he is stopped, the surgeon shoots with a tranquilizer!
Next, the scene moves to, two of the main characters. There a two girls in a hotel room gettin ready to meet a guy the met recently at a bar. Soon, out on the road....like any movie, they get lost and a flat has been brought onto the rental car. They wait for "help" which happen to be a pervert wanting sex. The rolled up the window and waited for him to leave.
Finally teh perv left and they went on their merry way to go look for help. ehh im tried of typing xD lemme know when to continue xD

I beleive it ends with someone taking a poop which is a compilation of all poops preceding him/her. As for the movie itself guess we'll have to wait and see.
