whats most sayains strategy for yousing oozaro to transform do you wait for a full moon transform and then start a fight or do youse all do it in the middle of a fight

You cannot just wait for a full moon and then start up. That is specifically in the rules against. If you wait for the full moon after a fight has been issued, you will get a punishment. In the middle of the fight is the same standard. If you wait until a full moon comes to do your turn ect. However if it just happens in the middle of a fight, and you have been fighting normally, then you are fine. If no fight is issued and you are planning to attack someone with Oozaru, then you are free to wait. Just remember you can only wait for it if you are going to use it in a fight against someone in which you challenge them. That is exactly what saiyan tactics have used since they were first approached by Acrosians.

Edit: Just so you know, that in the anime on Planet Vegeta, a full moon only happens there once every thousand years. I think this was just because it was basically where all the saiyans were. Elites mastered Oozaru from the beginning, average saiyans mastered Oozaru eventually, and lower levels could never master it. So if lower levels were transformed on their home planet(which accounted for most of the race) the planet would most likely be destroyed.

Well I got a little bit mixed up. On Planet Vegeta it's 100 years a full moon. Also there is a possiblity to have 2 full moons a month on Earth, but we have a full moon counter so it doesn't matter to keep count.

To use a timed transformation such as oozaru or a devil's star, you have to start the fight on the day the transformation takes place.

i used it once u just black out and wake up and shit is destroyed (i actually used it on someone who was much stronger than me he ended up beating me anyways and let me escape with my life bahaha)

In the show Goku couldn't control himself but Vegeta was able to. Vegeta said it was because of his noble blood. Not sure if they will mean anything in this game though.

An Oozaru's power level is equal to the Saiyan's power level prior to the transformation, multiplied by ten[1]. Most Saiyans lose the ability to reason in this form, and will typically display berserk and destructive characteristics, even in the cases of peaceful saiyans. However, as Saiyans mature, they are taught how to reign over their instincts and retain normal cognitive functions as an Oozaru. This explains why Goku and Gohan lose control in Oozaru form, as they never received this training and are at first unaware of this transformation. Saiyans in Oozaru form can also shoot an energy beam from their mouth, in a manner akin to (and possibly an intentional mimicry of) Godzilla's nuclear breath. As the transformation causes the Saiyan to grow to several times their original size, the Saiyans wear special armor which can stretch to fit the Oozaru form and shrink back to fit their normal form. The transformation is also quite exhausting as some Saiyans have been known to pass out after reverting back to their original forms while trained Saiyans are less likely to pass out. Additionally, it is shown throughout the series that un-trained Saiyans typically won't remember anything that happens while in their Oozaru forms.

I never transformed in the Great ape, when we transform we need to looked at the moon or it simply happen.
