Just curious if you all enjoyed the tournament or not? Any comments/suggestions for the next tournament we hold? Maybe some improvements to how it was done or something along those lines.

i liked it. maybe have a double elimination one or something like that just an idea on a future tourney

Yeah, that's sort of tough to do though because the round's been going on for over four months, and we have new players joining all the time, so powerlevels are all over the place.

There was one in the tournament that just ended. Everyone that lost was put in the consolation bracket for third place. Unfortunately, if you lose in that bracket then you're out for good.

well i got beat once in the tournament and wasn't allowed a second chance at a consulation brackett . was this only on a certain planet???

now i do feel like ive been jewed, my first and only match was against frostbite. did everyone that lost get to fight again???

Sorry, that was just for the earth tournament. We didn't end up having enough time to do it that way for the namek tournament. Epyon and I had a bit of a miscommunication at the start of the namek tournament and it ended up slowing everything down.

There was a news post about signing up for the tournament, and all players were given five days to sign up.

a newbie tourney would be great like a jr division for ppl under a certain pl but 500 is too low could have to go up into the thousands i think to make it work cuz ppl pl change day to day maybe 100pl to 5000pl bracket for newbies

As far as my knowledge goes, you could have still participated. We'll try to do another soon though.

well this wouldnt do me any good as i have past the 10k mark a while back i demande a recount on floridas ballots JK about the recount part

That would be fun, but it would be impossible to get everyone on at the same time to do the fight.

The battle royal idea sounds very fun but almost impossible (like Mado said)

But as for future tournaments go since everyone has different powerlevels some way higher then others you could make different branches like everyone that has played for this much time only fights people that have played near to their time this should probably keep tournaments pretty even and the battles more interesting . Just an idea thought it might help out in the future. (I know I wasn't in the namek tournament I was just bored reading through some of the forums stumbled on this you know the rest)

I have a suggestion about the Low power level tournament.

Firstly you have the players fight an NPC close to they're power. If they can win this then they move on to fight a Player near the player's power level. The difference cannot be anything over 1000 though.

that may be hard to do as pl's are probably gapped further apart than just 1000, but i did like the idea of a preliminary fight with npc

yea i think we should have that kinda rule/chose for beginner players it would help them get us to the rules of the tournament...... just a thought

Yeah I have to agree. All are good ideas and I am itching for a tournament. But not to just get blasted away by someone who has been playing for so much longer than I have.

Sounds like something that happened to me in my first tournament, Ville knows what I'm talking about. Seriously another tournament would be great.

Yeah I would love another tourney,I also like the bracket idea,we silimilar pl can fight each other, and how about all the fighters meet up on one planet? Nah that'd be too much work buti wanna be in another tourney it was fun....even though it lasted only 1 freakin turn!
