Tournament Rule Reminder and Attack Change

Just a reminder to those signing up for the tournament, you need to include your time zone in your submission. I know where a small handful of you live, but other than those few people, I have no idea. So if you're just giving me a few hours of the day that you're available, but don't include your time zone, it's not going to help much in scheduling your tournament fight(s).

Also, I changed this a week or two ago, but forgot to make a news post about it. Elbow, knee and shoulder ram have changed a bit:
Knee: 4% damage; 12% chance to stun the target for two turns.
Shoulder Ram 6% damage; 8% chance to stun the target for one turn.
Elbow: 4% damage; 20% chance to stun the target for one turn.

What do these stuns do exactly? Can we know? I was assuming they just cause you to miss your turn, is that correct? Also, are you allowed to do defensive moves while stunned(Dodge, Block, Ki Absorb)?

ah ok, yes I do remember the custom moves stun. I just didn't know if it worked the same for all stunning stuff, such as the new nades and these physical attack stuns. Thanks.

Yup, all across the board. I could've sworn I added it into the rules, but it's not there. I need to do that sometime :)

THis might not be the place to post but for the Tournament I go by GMT +/- 0 (Uk Time) and I ill be available any time after 12 midnight. The reason for the change is due to some unexpected issues at my work.
